...then tune in to Rush Radio 94.5. I'm not sure how long it's been running but I did just hear the announcement "attention stations down the line, this is your 25 minute time check" so I guess we'll be asleep at the wheel for about another half hour or so. Idiots!

Well, I'm a UNC alumni but I do all the voiceovers for NC State. In fact, I'm listening to my stuff right now live from Charlotte at the Belk Bowl.

But seriously, folks, they did it on purpose I heard the whole thing online and they said at the onstet that this was a "bheind the sports event" type of show where they pulled back the curtains to show us how it is all done in the booth live and we got to hear like they did in the NFL a few years ago with the huddle mics. I guess some folks didn't hear that part, but it was very cool and it made me miss doing play by play and color action for th egames back when we used to put the marti up in the box!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
 
For me, it brought back memories of being a board-op about 40 years ago and waiting to pot up the ballgame. Now, that little detail about hearing it online, guess that thing about Internet rights and needing to cover up the Tar Heels sports network on their stream just kind of slipped through the cracks.

Actually I think the only reason to pay any attention to what is on Rush Radio is for Rush, Hannity or any other programming that does not originate locally. As for those guys in the morning, I never found any reason to listen to them when I was living in Raleigh, much less any compelling need to tune in now that I'm up here.
