Re: MORON 990...

OHMIGOD!!!! That's even worse than I thought. Thanks for shedding a more educated light on this. I've been depending on rumors and dated info. There's few left that have a current handle on things there!

Schum may be headed for jail before all this is done. I used to feel bad for the guy after finding out the real story about Cafe 990, but this time it's all his own doing and undoing. Hang 'em.

And now all of you will likely be responsible for your own backtaxes being paid---AGAIN. That royally sucks.

Wish I knew a good attorney for you. Maybe someone on here could recommend one who's well-versed in this kind of situation.

This might actually make a good book. And you could use the advance money to pay for all that Schum's ripped off from you. Ha. (sorry, cheap attempt at humor.)

Re: MORON 990...

Fortunantly, I have talked to an attourney about back taxes, and I was told that, so long as we kept a few pay stubs that show taxes were taken out, we're fine and won't have to pay them, Schum will.

Another thing that may be of interest. Fish's intern is now the board op for his show and all of FC Dallas. She's a capable girl that has no board experience whatsoever...they went from having a board op of 5 years to an intern in a matter of months. At this point, it appears that Schum doesn't care anymore and has thrown in the towel
