I finally registered my guess (and I do mean "guess") for the KRBE sale price contest.
Anyway, the reason I'm writing this post is to point out how correctly you predicted/speculated on something earlier.
I know you still have mixed feelings about Walton & Johnson, but in December, I was posting on the board trying to see how they could get back on the air in Houston. Anyway, you replied with this post on Dec. 2.

You correctly noted that KVST 103.7 might be an option for them. The format & location have changed (obviously), but if we had had a contest on where they'd end up, I think you would have been the winner. (You and "Radiobear" discussed it as well later in the month-but that was around Dec 24th-I checked). Anyway, discussion about 97.5 flipping to rock didn't happen on this board until around Dec. 31st, so your guess is really impressive.
I just thought I'd point that out. You definitely have your finger on the pulse of Houston radio. I've really enjoyed your posts over the months and always appreciate your replies. I'm sure I'm not the only one around here that feels that way.
