If there's a free sample of Sirius radio available on my pc, and I take it, but my pc is old, and I get a new one, could I get another free sample of Sirius?

Or are they going by IP adress or something like that?
I know they hide a file on the pc (most likely) to prevent another free sample, but how do they prevent it if the pc is new?

I'm asking because I'd like to sample Sirius, but my pc and pc speakers are old.
If I DO sample, then get a new pc, with new speakers, will it still let me sample again?
