Hidden formats on Citadel's website?

If you log on to citadelmedianetworks.com and click on production libraries, it'll take you to what looks like more radio formats with demos like the others. Here are the "hidden" formats:

1. Horsepower, which airs country music
2. Avalanche, which airs album-oriented rock
3. Adrenaline, a sports format
4. Audio Clip Art, which airs AC music
5. Goldmine, classic hits from the 1960s thru the '80s
6. Ambush, filled with news and talk

Are these actual formats like the True Oldies Channel and such? If so, I would like to see which stations are affiliated with which formats!

CMN is far more likely to cut formats than add formats.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. CMN is MUCH more likely to automate stations as bird-fed repeaters and whack what's left of local staffs as a "money-saving" move as bankruptcy approaches.

Which has what to do with the number of different satellite formats they offer?

If more formats are showing up on Citadel's network website, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that they might be thinking seriously about replacing local talent with canned spam from the satellite, does it? The more formats that they have to offer via satellite, the fewer local people will be employed.

Citadel can't afford to flip station formats because they have no money for outside promotion. The alternative is to reduce costs of existing formats. Satellite syndication allows you to reduce both talent and sales costs if you can find a regional or national sponsor.

These are production libraries, imaging, jingles, etc. They aren't radio formats.

The 24/7 music format are listed under "Music Radio" and are the same ones they've had for quite awhile: AC, Classic Rock, Country, Hot AC, Classic Hits, Real Country, True Oldies, Timeless, and The Touch.
