High Definition Radio

Please watch your terminology. iBiquity is not High Definition. The HD stands for "Hybrid Digital" and is deliberately misleading.

Actually, officially according to iBiquity, the HD in HD Radio doesn't stand for anything. "Hybrid Digital" is just the closest made-up definition that fits. But you can also call it "Hash and Distortion", especially on AM.

They do. WRFF-HD2 has shown with an occasional 0.1 share. Others have shown a few thousand listeners in CUME, but not enough to register a share.

A new Nielsen rule says that any subscribed facility (AM, FM, HD subchannel, etc) that gets any qualified listening will get an "atta boy" 0.1 share. So one meter, one time in a week gets you a 0.1 honorable mention.
