David,

Help me out here. Your list is damn good. I would love to hear it and hear it often. But why is it on a news talk station and not on the rock station 103.7? And why don't they play it regularly?

If you play that on a Saturday or a Sunday during the day I'd put the radio on and listen to it while I go about me chores and what not in the house and in the yard.

Good list!

Radiodial,

Thank you. I would also love for you to hear it and hear it often. I don't have an answer for your questions, but given the overall state of terrestrial radio I'm just happy to be doing my show on any station. Of course, one advantage of being on a talk station and not on the rock station (recalling my days at KLOL) is that I don't have to spend the first half-hour answering phone calls from folks who don't understand the show and just want to hear some Skynyrd (not that there's anything wrong with that). I know, you're right, just put the phones on hold for 30 minutes.

Maybe we could work something out where you hire me to come out to your house on a Saturday or Sunday during the day. I could set up underneath the oak tree and play music while you go about your chores in the house and in the yard. Maybe you could get some of your neighbors to chip in and I can entertain the whole block. Hey, I'll even extend the offer during the week to those of you working in offices. Any takers?
