High Noon DX Under A Local -- Help ?

There's an unexpected and aggravating bit of DX here today, NE PA.

Also, it might be a bit of that AM broad-midday-daylight DX that occasionally signals odd groundwave propogation. Someone interested in this anamoly might fire up the rig.

It was 12 noon (now 1PM) and local WPPA 1360 has what sounds to be a Spanish station under it .... very faint but eerily steady. It sounds like a talk format. Oddly, although the gal on mike is talking a foreign language, there's the occasional male voice speaking what sounds like American English. And a male voice gave a '614' number. That's Ohio. But WWOW Conneaut and WSAI Cincinnatti don't coincide, and WAVL Apollo PA is Sports.

Any clues? (And if you're reading this now, good DX ; this might be one of those rare days).
