Highest rated stream(s), Podcasts ...

I noticed in looking at the publicly released ratings for Cleveland, Ohio, there was one station whose stream got listed. Something like 0.1, but it was there.
Here are three questions:

What is/were the highest ratings any station's stream ever got/gets?

What is/were the highest rated podcast, if the ratings service measures them?

What is/were the highest rated HD radio channels? I noticed a couple of them were listed too.

I think the highest rated stream I have seen was a 0.2. I think that was for WCBS 880 New York.

Podcasts are not rated by Nielsen. The current top listened podcast is "The Daily", a production of the New York Times, according to Podtrac. Many other members of the top 10 are produced by NPR or other entities in the public radio sphere, including NPR's competitor to "The Daily", titled "Up First".

On only a couple of rare occasions over the years has an HD2 or HD3 been listed when that HD channel did not have a companion simulcast translator on FM.

In other words, almost every time you see an HD pop into the book, it's listening to the translator.

KVBG online stream gets a solid 0.2 market share of its Kansas market usually.

What market is that? KVGB is not home to any rated market, although it occasionally shows in the Salina-Manhattan book with well under a 1 share for the FM itself.

KVGB is a primarily am station so it wouldnt be getting big fm market ratings.

Only the FM appears in ratings anywhere, as Great Bend is an unrated market. The FM is the greater biller, apparently.

In any case, ratings are not subdivided by AM and FM bands. The only one of the KVGB stations to appear anywhere is the FM.

In what market did you see the stream of KVGB (AM) reported?
