Highway Vibe taken off the air

I was in Vegas back in October and I happened to actually like the HIGHWAY VIBE. I came back this past weekend and I was pretty bummed out about the change back to Hot AC, they should change the VIBE name back to "the Highway".

However I tuned in at 1AM on Friday night, I happened to hear Eric Prydz "Call on Me"... maybe they moved the dance to the overnight hours? Too bad the stream is not working so I can't confirm that.
 
If they are doing a night time Dance format, it is not starting at 10pm... Here are the tracks they played...

Just before 10pm they played

Alright, final one of these I'm going to do (unless something significant changes). As you can see for yourself, it's safe to say they are NOT doing a Dance format at night at all other than perhaps a few additional tracks than their daytime. I was rather impressed with David Puendez - Melodrama, but that alone isn't enough to redeem them...

Looks like the highway vibe is streaming again at www.highwayradio.com/lv Its a mixture of Hot A/C and Dance. Doesn't sound to bad comparing to this past weekend when I was at Stateline. Looks like they are adding more dance music. I just heard Nadia - Pressure :)

Does MikeO still own the intellectual property of Vibe? He should force them to change their name and logo.

The name "Highway Vibe" is intellectual property of Highway Radio according to Jodie Rocco, but "The Vibe" is not. I don't think that Mike O owns the intellectual property of The Vibe (but I'm not 100% sure, I could be wrong). The myvibelv.com website still quotes D2 Media as the copyright holder, and if that's the case, Debra Winans would be the copyright holder.
