I agree: I did not asperse her character in any way; I merely commented on something that happened on the air several times this morning. I believe that makes it a fair topic for comment. If the opinion of the majority of the participants on this board is that I have commented inappropriately; then, I apologize for the offense. My remark stands, however.

Hilton Head's 106.9 is now BOB 106.9

WZGR-FM Savannah/Hilton Head has been re-positioned as New Country Bob 106.9 ... it was previously known as "Lucky Dog Country." I guess that dog wasn't so lucky after all ??? Or maybe ... since they wouldn't play local Savannah artist's original material (presumably because, if they did, they "couldn't compete"), their "lucky dog" wouldn't HUNT!! Priceless!!
It's not very different. They're featuring GA/SC country music acts and emphasizing newer releases. Talent is live from 0530 to 1900, and they're putting them out in public a lot. There is a differnce to be sure, but I cannot yet put my finger on what to call it.
