Spitzer Swallowed

"One of the nicer people" apparently HAD relationships with record companies that violated both the law and company policy. He was a bit-player in the drama, and would likely have quietly disappeared from the landscape if he'd kept his mouth shut instead of trying to take on Spitzer in the media.

The real question is whether DU(h) can come back from his Canadian exile, or will Andrew Cuomo continue piggy-backing on Spitzer's political model of high-profile prosecutions leading to higher office?

Not that Andy has any aspirations to higher office, right?

The jury's still out as to whether The Guv'ner will get a pass on this... certainly not from his missus. One can't help thinking that somewhere, David & Joe Field, Farid, Mel, the Lowry clan and CEO's of SONY, Warner Brothers and yes... even Dave U. are having a laugh and hoisting a Genny Cream. Reality truly is stranger than fiction.
