There was an elementary school somewhere off Dairy Ashford, I believe, running a Part 15 back in the late '90's. It had fairly good coverage as I recall. Anyone remember this one, or whether it's still around?
I wonder what frequency their non-commercial station would have ended up on the FM dial? The non-comm band is already crowded in Houston. Should we add HCC Radio to complement their cable access channel? I can't wait for a Houston Media Source Radio station and the Houston municipal radio station to complement their cable access channels. I look forward to hear city council meetings on-the-go in my car.
