La Power FM is DC area's newest service. All of Hubbards HD2 signals were just leased out to the folks behind LatinoUSAMax.com .( A press release is embedded in the LaPower's smartphone app.)
Two of the former 87.7 DJs are behind it , Julio Arquinio (El Peruano) and Walter Torrez Jr (el Tigre).
Of course, 87.7 is now under an LMA with the LaPanteraDC group who own AM 1220.
