Hispanic Radio Station advertisement on non Hispanic TV station

Over the years obviously I've seen commercials for Hispanic Radio stations on both the local Telemundo and Univision affiliates, but on Monday during the Sesame Street Special that was on ABC, WTNH aired a commercial for "Bomba Radio", which is the largest Hispanic Radio station in Connecticut. Specifically it was for their Mucho Dinero contest where you have to text a key word in every hour for your chance to qualify to win a share of $20,000. All of Bomba's sister stations in Hartford, Springfield Mass, Westerly, Providence, and New London CT are running the same contest.

The owner of the station uploaded the commercial to his Youtube Channel.
