Hartford, CT
Full-time Hispanic AM station serving the greater Hartford, Connecticut market. Well established in its format and considered the "prestige" Hispanic station for the community. Attractive new studios and offices. Transmitter site is owned and would be included in the sale. Asking $2 million dollars

Who is it? Most likely WPRX 1120!

910 doesn't own the transmitter site as far as I know. Also "Serving the greater hartford, CT Market" implies the station covers the area nin general but not crystal clear. 840 covers the entire area very well by day and even by night almost, so thats why I assume it's 1120.

Also, in the back of Radio World Magazine, I've seen what I'm 99.99 percent sure is "Radio Cumbre" 1450 WCUM for sale as well........

I *think* both station sales are being handled by the same broker, but I could be wrong..

I stand corrected, 1120, 840 AND 910 ALL own their property, but no upgrades have been made to 840 at all lately.

It's either 910 or 1120.

Actually when the new owners of 840 took over years ago they upgraded their studios. It wasn't a big deal, but they got rid of the equipment from the 1950's. I dont think is 910 because I would think they would sell all three stations together, 910, 1230 and 1480.
