Hispanic Talent

Are there some sites to look for Hispanic talent. Right now when I ask them to give me a demo of their on air work they give demos of commercials and with tons of lazer and never produce an air check. Its driving me nuts. The other issue is getting emails from guys from south of the border and right now I am looking for people north of the border. Any suggestions. If you know someone worthy of a shot I know some people that need someone.
