Does anyone know if there was an 8:20pm mix on WWVA today, or if there was any mix at all during the evening?

Q100 added "Hold It Against Me" today it looks like and they've been playing "Rocketeer" (thank you Q100!)

Ha! I figured that eventually this post / thread would capture your attention!
Q100 DAYPARTING IMO
I'm not exactly sure what WWVA is up to, but I think WWWQ has an "established specific identity format structure" they want to keep hold of. In other words, they have specific target audiences - that slightly differ durring mid day and evening time periods. I can't really complain too much because their dayparting does make them unique, sort of how BBC Radio 1 in London sounds "odd" when they play certain things in the day and then change things up at night (and BBC Radio 1 is one of the best channels on Sirius XM). I'm not, or used to not be, the biggest fan of top 40 dayparting (mostly due to the fact that I've been brainwashed into believing there is a standard norm and "not normal" way of formatting), but I'll admit the dayparting and their format structure does bring more variety and "unpredictability" to the station. I pray, wish, and hope for WWVA's success much much much more than I desire Q100 to be more like "everyone else", and I believe that WiLD CAN make it............ if given a chance.
V103 DAYPARTING / MUSIC IMO
I'll admit that I don't like V103's dayparting too much because it makes the noon time sound "soft" & mellowed out, and I'm also not overly fond of today's contemporary r&b (especially without the late 90's Timbaland, Missy, and Neptunes production sounds), but they've gotta do what they gotta do. I'd personally prefer V103 to slightly add a little more hip hop to the noon time, and even more, to play less old school and have less day time talk, and if it were completely up to me personally, I'd want to replace some of the old school r&b with rhythmic & urban influenced pop hits from artists like Jason Derulo, Iyaz, Black Eyed Peas, Fareast Movement, Pitbull, Bruno Mars, Taio Cruz, Usher, and things of that nature, but.. with them holding the number one spot for over a decade or two - both WITH and without (direct) competition, I wouldn't wish them to go overboard with any tweaks & changes.
I don't think Q100 is bad. It's just that a station like WiLD is "needed" in addition to Q100. Q100 is top 40 pop, WiLD is top 40 rhythmic. My only two wishes:
1. Q100 more risky on future (potential) hits.
2. WWVA STRONGER SIGNAL and GIVEN CHANCE TO SUCCEED!
