There's also a 12 kW 105.3 (WBRW) in Blacksburg, VA. I don't know if that'd be short-spaced, or would fall within normal spacing, but they're on Price's Mountain outside of town.
Furthermore, there's a 25.5 kW class B on 94.1 in Oak Hill, WV, that fights against Hitz 94 all over Blacksburg (Duran Duran vs. Carole King...what a battle ;-) ) Again, I don't know how that would stack up, but it probably can't help.
Finally, there's a full-powered 93.9 that is licensed to Marion, VA (aka Bristol), that according to R-L, casts a "fringe" signal to well inside Hitz' coverage area.
I'd say Hitz is pretty much locked in, and it doesn't look too good for WAGI either (although during the past heatwave, they were blasting into Greensboro).
