Hitz94 Staff

Not too keen on your sources. I seem to remember you saying that Hitz 94 was definitely NOT changing format.

I said what I said because I was told too! I couldn't say anything about this. I'm not one for blowing something up. Could you imagine what would have/could have happened if I would have come on and said that Hitz 94 is going Oldies. Someone else that works in the market could have stolen the thunder from Hitz. I couldn't allow that.

Now, I have NO clue who is coming in. That's why I said Max McGann? and Pat Garrett? Did I say I quoted sources...NO!!!!!! I just said I heard it was a BIG name, that's all.

So, someone tells you to report something on this board and you do it without question? I hope you will think twice before being used again!

I sure hope there's a great consultant behind them...they sure deserve a win.

Pat Garrett's good. He'll help the station. Sounds like Bob is staying and will work alongside Garrett, which sounds interesting...could the rumors about the whole staff except for Bob getting the boot be true? My understanding is that they've been running automation most of the day and just Bob was on this morning.

I'm gonna make a big fat CROW PIE for o409! So, someone "told" you to say that . . . hmmmmm ::)
Liar-liar, pants on fire!

Hot AC WTHZ-FM (Hits 94.1)/Greensboro flips to Classic Hits as "Majic 94.1" playing the Greatest Songs of the '60s and '70s under PD Bob Campbell and Format Coordinator Pat Garrett.

It sucks that you can't hear it up here in Person County north of Durham. UGGH darn 93.9!!
Besides, I don't think the signal would make it that far in the first place :(

I'll be able to hear it clear as a bell from my workplace in Reidsville all the way back down I-85 to my hometown of Concord. Far OUT!

Later....

::) The comments have been made on other posts regarding the management being the problem. They have tried everything else but it all goes back to the orginal problem, The BIG C, if you get my drift. The Big C ran the station in the ground when it was WKOQ-Q94 and I be damned if they didn't bring him back to run THZ...Lightening does strike twice!

Amazing, isn't it? Many have tried to figure it out, but no one has the answer. Why??? However, I'm hearing rumblings that the grim reaper may be paying a visit after the first of the year. Time may be running out.

If Hilton hasn't 'seen the light' by now, he probably never will.

If Bob is ever able to get a complete sentence out without stumbling over something, it will be amazing. The man can't talk! Will he have to remove the earring to do Oldies?
