No one at the station or Clear Channel has commented, but a publicist for the website forwarded an email from the station citing a ton of upset listeners who complained. The president of the company calls HJY's decision unAmerican and problematic. Supposedly the company had planned on spending a half million dollars on radio & TV advertising in RI.
