See my similar theories below under "April Fools". Until I see some solid commitment to Frank that Nassau has made elsewhere - call letters to match Frank, advertising, a real website, jocks... I will still think this may be a stunt.

BTW, If you search "Frank Wolf" you find a lot of websites for a Virginia congressman.
