...Any truth to the rumor that Nicole's slot was offered to Tim "MC NUTT?" I realize I'm probably the only person on this board who knows who that is... unless the rumor is true. Just curious.
 
I don't know about the Nutt but it was offered to another person I know.

The pay is ridiculously LOW!!!!

Try less than the proposed new min.wage !!!!
 
Trust me...they don't pay diddly-squat. And yes, you aren't going to get rich at any station in this market, but they pay so little it is obscence. Let me give you an idea how low. For one thing, I had not got a raise when I left in almost three years! AND when I ran a ballgame on WKPT-AM, I got a little extra for working more than my 40 hours, but I was getting the same as someone who just started part-time there running ballgames. AND I had been doing that for 14 years!!! Experience does not pay at HVBC. And I know how much Nicole made. It was pathetic!!! Not that any of us were making enough to pay our bills while David and George get six-figure salaries, bonuses and a company car!!!! If they actually did something to earn it, I may not have a problem with it, but the numbers show they didn't!
