Hogue Out

I think this whole boards in trouble. I don't think anyone listens to most of these stations in this market anymore.

Re: Hogue Out. If this is true!

Perhaps he will change his views abit and go to work for 1320 KCTC and Entercom! There are so many wasted signals in this town it isn't funny at least to management that is! lol lol lol....To bad for management and sorry to the working folks at the stations! Mr. Hogue is a really nice guy, I'm sure he will land on his feet!

In other sactown radio news Flash 92.1 has some new names in charge. Jeff from shawn and jeff fame at the zone is now holding down mornings at the station. See the R&R radio news website for more info!

Especially when he gets in tune with the (shold-be) state motto:

California! A great place to be from!

And even better when he figures out:

Salem! A great place to start a radio career.

Hogue has settled down with his family here in Sacramento. His wife is a teacher, and he has two kids in school. I am sure they do not want to leave right after the school year begins.

My best guess is that Hogue stays in town and finds a job at the Capitol. Politics has always been his passion, although in recent months he has broadened his show, most likely because Salem wanted a bigger and more diverse audience.
