Holiday 2016 Boston Radio Ratings.

WMJX soars high in the sky like Santa Claus.

WBQT is still climbing.

WXKS is still falling.

Not sure to what. I don't know how they do in other demos. In the generalized one linked (12 plus or is it 6 plus), they are the highest rated iHeartRadio station in town, twice the number Jamn gets.

I see the number WAAF got...that includes WKAF as a simulcast or not? The format change was Jan. 5

Kiss 108 may be changing formats by the end of this year, if not before.
Yeah, blow up a top five biller because of some lower 6+ ratings. Good call.

Raccoon: this number reflects the simulcast. It will interesting to see what happens to WAAF since they've become a MetroWest station.

That's what I thought.
WEEI began an 850/ 93.7 simulcast in Sept of 2011.The AM and FM had to simulcast totally. Most people switched to FM so after a year, they took the AM to all ESPN where they at least clear a few bucks from ESPN tho ratings are very low for what was once the powerful 850.

Doubtful. True they don;t rate near where they did in their day, but they are still regularly top 3 adults 18-34 and top 5 adults 25-54. Jamn' as well, 6+ doesn't look so great, but in the breakdown it does ok.

It all comes down to "Do we make money off of this station, and if we changed, would we make more money or lose money" Ratings really don't matter all that much. National and agencies buy ratings, but if you have a strong sales team that can conceptually sell locally, it's a win, no matter what the numbers are. All ratings are good for are PD & Talent egos.
