Holiday Ratings for Sacramento

Mix 96 #1 for the holidays-they played Christmas music; no wonder
KDND-a little dip, but still good numbers
KFBK-business as usual, #1 most AM station listened to in Sacramento
KSFM-ratings went up a little
KBZC-going up
KBMB-what's sadder, them or the Detroit Lions, down to a near below 2 rating (before the format change, but will that help?)

Far as out of market stations-KYLD shows up in Sac. ratings book and KMEL cume went up by 300

But it looks like the Christmas Music didn't help KHLX-Classic 93.1 one bit. And they started it well before Mix 96.

KBMB drops 2.2-2.0 and "woe is them."

KBZC goes 2.1-2.2 and are "going up."

Strictly speaking, these are easily explainable as statistical anomalies. But to be fair, I'm surprised either station rated that well.

It's a bit surprising that a station that plays 90s music is doing slightly better than a rhythmic/Top-40 station. But we'll how KBMB does with their new format.
