As expected WNIC dominated. WCSX did hold steady for 2nd. WMXD was 3rd. A surprising gain for The Breeze as they were 4th. While their cume at 4.9 was only a third of what WNIC pulled in, this is the highest ratings for that station in years. I'm not sure they even pulled that when they were Smooth Jazz. Perhaps flipping to Christmas wasn't as badly executed as I thought, although they really need to up the game next year IMO with at least a Digital Billboard campaign. WRIF saw a drop and was in 5th. WOMC was a casualty of a Christmas listening as they dropped to 6th. WKQI, WJLB, WDVD and 105.1 rounded out the Top 10.
WWJ dropped below a 4 rating (11th) for the first time in recent memory but is heading into their best ratings season. WYCD saw a significant drop and Nash far less on one. This is the narrowest gap between the two since NASH flipped to country!
WJR was at a 1.6! Wow, not sure they've ever rated below a 2. Not good! Still better than the 1.5 for WDET, but still......
WLLZ also saw a drop to 2.5 but this is better than ALT was even at its best.
