I recently bought a Ford with a Sirius radio installed. I switched my service over from the portable XM radio in my old car that’s now deactivated. My wife has one of those XM 2.0 radios being marketed now as a Siriusxm radio in her Suberu. I have to say I’m very disappointed in listening to Holly on channel 105 on the Sirius radio. It’s in mono. They don’t even have enough bandwidth on that channel to give it stereo and I’m not going to drive around listening to the app eating phone data where it sounds great. It also sounds great on XM radios. I’m disappointed in you Sirius giving one the the original XM Christmas channels no bandwidth for a music channel on your Sirius satellites.
Holiday Traditions is also mono but, I think it is also on XM. That traditionally plays songs older than stereo anyway. At least Hallmark and Country Christmas sound ok on my Sirius radio in my Ford truck.
I’m also disappointed in the number of channels i get on my Sirius All Access plan vs her XM 2.0 All Access plan. They can cram many more channels in that XM 2.0 radio.
