haha - too young???

seriously though, when i saw the subject i assumed it was reno who was suing. anyone know who frank ward is?

While I don't want to say anything without their permission, there is another ex-Star employee who could probably sue them for the same reason.

I don't know the merits of these accusations and I wish this suit would get covered in the media because it would be so fascinating to see how the testimony unfolds. The biggest stumbling block I see though is that Star can and probably will point to newsman Rich Morgal as proof that they are an equal-opportunity employer. Oh for the person who asked who Frank Ward is, the Frank Ward I remember used to do overnights on Star several years back now.

LIRadioFan226,

You are correct.

I used to work w/Frank a few years ago.

He's not the only guy suing a radio co. for Age Discrimination -

The legendary Jack Carney (WPOP, Magic104, WDRC AM-FM) & Mike West (WTIC-FM & WCTK/Providence) are both suing Buckley Broadcasting for Age Discrimination.
