Holy Crap Maestros's has the Roast Beef there all right

Monday Gordon Hoagland from the trucking company told Marco to leave the company on Monday. Man was he steamed about that. Marco had been on the phone talking in Spanish and ran right through a train crossing, and got "clipped" as the truck drivers say a lot in the ass end by a speeding Amtrak train in Flagstaff. Mr. Hoagland (I always call him that because out of respect for him and his family who have been nice to me) called me in Yuma, and paid to let me rent a car to go to Flagstaff and pick up his tractor trailer rig at the shop. I did, and Mr Hoagland met me in Scottdale where we had waffles and fried chicken at a place there..and we talked and listened to the lamptimer station on 1440 radio. It was really cool. Later that afternoon he was real nice and said he was in the mood for another meal, so I said how about roast beef? and he said okay. He's kinda fat.

He asked a cab driver to take us to roast beef and the cab driver drove us to a place called Scottdale Steakhouse and Maestros. Wow that place is top shelf man..all the way for sure. There were 5 waiters just for us, and we had salad with cheese in it. In the kitchen they were listening to KOOL radio. I could hear it. They even played Saturday in the park. We had a delicious dinner, and he bought a dessert. Later when he went to have a cigar with some men he said he knew I asked the cab driver to take me to see the towers of KMIK. It was a long ride and cost almost 85 dollars. But those are some towers there. Too bad they play Micky Mouse radio and not oldies. I bet oldies would sound cool on there. I get to drive the rig back to Indio, (in California) and wait for a load of some kind of special sand, and I get to drive it to Longview Texas and back. One of the other Hoagland brothers Denny is a butt head. He said I was short of a brick, and that I am a nut. I heard him say so on the phone to his sister. That was mean

thank you

Howard

The Hoaglands are probably related to Richard C. Hoagland of the Coast 2 Coast A.M. show , Howard. Talk about being short a brick- you have nothing to worry aboot!

Does Mr. Hoagland need another dinner companion (you know, when you are on the road)??? ;D

A speeding Amtrak train? Sounds like you've been talking a lot with Joe Biden! And who was Marco speaking with on the phone...the Old Gringo? Nurse Jeff and I are really concerned about your over consumption of red meat, Howard...how 'bout meeting us at Sweet Tomatoes at Central and Camelback for a run through the all you can eat garden? Who knows, if we're lucky the Luvable One will join us for some tasty Humble Pie!

Hi. Yeah I remember seeing that mock up bus ad at the outdoor place. Jeesh that was a copule of years ago huh? Anyways back when Bill and I were driving he got tired of me pestering him about that about KOOL radio going to AM on 1580 AM and called the guy who said they were testing some kind of projection thing, and it was just a fake done to see what it would look like, but I must have been mistaken what I saw becasue KMIK does make bus ads, and I might have read it wrong because that was what I wanted to see. and he also said I should not have been in the "viewing yard" anyway so I guess I messed up that week for sure. I just thought it would be cool to hear the Ronettes, and Spencer Davis Group and the Kingsmen on 1580 because I heard about them having six towers and all and 50 thousand gallons. I had never really seen them, and so I went there to see them last week.

Also the restaurant is called MASTRO not MAESTRO I guess so I got that wrong too, but that was a nice slice of roast beef. What do you know about KOOL of High Definition radio? Are they playing older music for me there? Is that another channel? I saw one at the Radio Shack that gets it but I didn't buy it

Dr Akbar thank you for inviting me to the Sweet Tomatoes place. I was at one in Sarasota once and they had nice cream soup, and nice dessert. They had an all you can eat ice cream bar with an open soft serve machine. Holy crap I tried to bet Marco that I could pull a chair over to the machine and bend my neck back and eat it until it dried up, but he didn't understand what I wanted to do and went outside and the Asian woman there was getting steamed at me. I left for Indio (in California) late last night and just woke up to see your messages. It is nice to have friends here.

Thank you

Howard
