home make over promotion

I know this isn't a new promotion. But, wondering if anyone has luck with it, or do you know of a successful promotion. How do execute it? suggestions. Do you trade the entire promotion with local advertisers? How powerful would it be, to give someone a make over...I love the show on ABC and how cool to turn that into a local radio promotion.
