Honda Element Radio Station

Has anyone noticed the billboard for the Honda Element on the Boulevard? It says you can hear the Honda Element talking to a crab at 1700AM. It's pretty funny. Has anyone heard this? Do you know where this comes from. You can only hear the station for about a mile or so, so it's very low power.

There is actually one on the New Jersey Turnpike too, right around Exit 15W.

I read some place a while back that some auto dealers might be starting to use lower power radio stations to advertise their cars/dealerships. Does the station/ad on 1700 mention a particular dealer?
