HOT 102/WLTO LEXINGTON - HOT!

I think its too conservatibe.. I think 107.9 The Beat is better for Hip Hop in Lex... And 104.5 The Kat is better for chr,,, Hot stradles the line and is too conservative on the Hip Hop...

I think their recurrents and golds make the station and they really have a good variety. The Beat is Urban-Urban AC crossover so they're actually bigger on the R&B... The Cat is Premium Choice so I have to disagree.... I rather have a rhythmic-leaner over Premium Choice any day.

Kidd Kraddick?

All the hits?

1st singer I see on the top of the page Kelly Clarkson?

is this or was this a CHR/Pop?

after streaming it. It's actually a good sounding Rhythmic. Not too "popy" like CC. Question.. The stream has a good deal of reverb. Is this the case with the actual Radio broadcast?

Nah, the station doesn't sound like that. They used to be more CHR, but they began to lean more rhythmic - they still do use All The Hits as most Rhythmic CHR's tend to do sometimes.

Yeah the over the air chain has some reverb,,, I agree, After listening online they have improved alot,, they just need to change their slogan to Lexingtons -party station or something... I dont think they play pop anymore, maybe a little dance, but thats okay if they leave the pop rock stuff out.... And yeah it started as a chr, but has been rhythmic for at least two years.. The Beat didnt lean R&B when I heard them, but that was 3 yrs ago.

hmmm Lexington's Hits & hip-hop? Party Station sounds too CC.

Currently they use the EXACT same jingles. that WZAT in Savannah used when it was CHR Z102 super quick edit from Z to Hot but otherwise identical
