Hot 106.7?

Has anyone been hearing WAMO's latest intro to the song of the hour? They have been calling it the "Hot 106.7 WAMO's song of the hour" in the imaging. I have also noticed that the top of the hour imaging is new as well (or maybe they are using imaging that is old?). On the other hand, when WAMO introduce's new music, they have one of their DJ's basically record a voice sweeper into the song that sounds cheap just as you would expect a station not to be around long. But, why do they have new imaging for everything else?
 
Preparing for a possible Take Over by Radio1 when congress gives them a bail out?
 
I would call a Radio One take over better than the prospect of WAMO going religious. Any religion. Radio One does a fantastic job of Urban programming in Richmond Va. They took over Sheridan's Magic 99 way back in the day and it is still Urban 20 years or more later.
