Hot 107-9 liners

When Hot 107-9 started about 10 years ago, I remember the origional liners and voice overs where done by Kieth Eubanks up until his death in 2002.

Does anyone here know who the name of the new guy that does the current voice overs or liners for Syracuse's Hot 107-9? for example just in between songs, etc?

Thanks in advanced.

Last I heard they were using Dr. Dave Ferguson.

Hot got rid of Keith Eubanks long before he passed away in '02. I remember hearing the Dr. Dave stuff when Jason Kidd took over.

Not sure if they're still using Dave, but...if it's the same guy they've been using since 1999-2000, that's him.

Re: Hot 107-9 liners/signal heard in Northern Ontario recently.

Just to let you guys know that I live near Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
(if anyone knows where Sudbury is) it's located about a 5 hour drive
North of Toronto, Ontario and two evenings in a row just two weeks ago,
I did receive the Hot 107-9 FM signal on my car radio on a hill top not
too far from where I live about an hour northwest of Sudbury, I also had
WVPS 107.9 "Vermont Public Radio" mixing in out of Burlington, Vermont!
but no Classic Rock CJXY "Y108" out of Hamilton, Ontario or Soft AC WCRZ
"Cars 108" out of Flint, Michigan.

The reason why I posted here is because I wanted to find out who
the liners for Hot 107-9 where, I'm not too sure if any other radio
station around would use Dr. Dave, whatever.

We had a radio station here in Sudbury that used to have Keith Eubanks
that did Z103, Sudbury's #1 Hit Music Station (CHNO 103.9 FM), up until
his death in 2002, Z103 now uses Jude Corbett at present time.

Take care,

Lee.

PS: i'm a fan of radio!

Re: Hot 107-9 liners/signal heard in Northern Ontario recently.

Dr. Dave Ferguson is mainly heard on a lot of Urban and CHR/Rhythmic stations.
Like I said, I'm not in the area so I don't know if Hot is still using him.
Maybe someone can verify that if they are using the same guy they've been using since 1999-2000...then it is, in fact, Dr. Dave Ferguson. Dave can be heard voicing WGCI, Chicago...Wild 96-3, Fort Wayne and (I think)
Power 99 in Philly, among others.

Hope this helps.
