How far down does Boston Hip Hop pirate station Hot 87.7 signal goes into R.I. ?

The Tiv where Hip Hop RULES ! I was told Hot 87.7 is ok in Providence ( May hurt Hot 106 ratings).

You were told wrong. That illegal station does not have any signal at all in Providence.
You can hear it due south, such as Tiverton, and on the Newport Bridge but thats about it.

There a few Providence Nightclubs ( Jovans ) has adds on Hot 87.7

full quality near "Tin Top Hill" Altitude: 226 FT (69 M) .noticed several public parks ballfields around there, bring your boombox!

96.7 haitian station is good till about Attleboro at which point you can switch over to 91.7 until youre near boston. so Compaaaaaaaahhghggg youre fulll coverage on FM..

I don't think finding hills where you can hear 87.7 counts as having coverage in Providence. Try hearing it downtown... it's not gonna happen.

Also, you might hear 101.3 in places right now, with 101.5's IBOC off, but as soon as that comes back, there's no chance that you'll hear it at all, just like with WFNX.

Hearing the signal in 2% of the city, on top of one hill, does not constitute "reaching the city". It definatley wouldn't in the FCC's eyes.
I stand by my statement. If they want to cover Providence so badly, they could install another transmitter, ala that 101.5 pair in the Connecticut Valley or 89.3 Planet Compasses near Boston.
 
they should just fire up over top 96.7 with 1000 watts. close to 97 too

what with 80% of their ads for parties in providence lately, maybe its in the worjs
