I Also Notice On HD Radio It Say Hot 92 And Not Hot923 No More And Also Notice No DJs On Air As Of 3pm

...and please don't take this personally, but you never have explained The Big Question: I.E., Why Is It You Always Capitalize The First Letter Of Each Word You Type...?????????????

Do you have some kind of macro script that does this for you, or do you manually pause to Capitalize Each Letter?

No harm done I suppose; it does make your posts Stand Out from everyone else's -- for better or worse. However I (along with many other readers, no doubt) Have A Hard Time Understanding What Your Intended Grammatical Emphasis Is (if any)!

You'll never get an answer. People have asked him over and over again...

Well OK then, might as well come right out and say it, I wish he wouldn't do that because in its own way it can be just as irritating as if written in ALL CAPS. Maybe it's just me, but when reading his posts I find myself subconsciously pausing for a nanosecond between words -- perhaps force of habit from reading too many commercial scripts over too many years...

Talking about KHHT, I wasn't living in LA about ten years ago, but was it true that comedian George Lopez worked morning drive?

haha Yes! Didn't last too long.

And was the station still Hot at that time? It sure doesn't seem that George Lopez would work with an Urban Adience

Hot has a predominantly Hispanic... around 60% in fact. The rest is about half non-Hispanic white and half Black. George López would fit that quite well.

Are those demographics for Hot current? If they are, I'm pretty sure if CC brings him back to 92.3 his show would probably work this time (not to mention, 92.3's radio audience and his late-night audience on TV are about the same demographics ;D).

Some of the trades (including RI) still label Hot 92.3 as Urban AC but I have always thought of it as Rhythmic Oldies. Any type of Urban station should have an audience of at least 50% Blacks -- e.g., KJLH.
