Would it be wise for Radio One to go Urban Hip-Hop again in Charlotte? I know CC's Rhythmic 96.1 THE BEAT gives CBS Urban POWER 98 competition. All the talk of Urban AC Q92.7 ratings being in the toliet have me wondering did Radio One make the right choice flipping the station from Hip-Hop to R&B? How long before Radio One sells this market?
