Whats happening with them? In the last ratings book I see Hot 93.7 dropped down some. And with Power they have a new slogan "The Most Commerical Free Hip-Hop and R&B". Just wanting to know whats going on with them is all.

Could the CHR/Rhythmic/CHUrban fad be fading away? Personally, I dont see how this market could sustain 2 stations under this format anyway. I'd be willing to bet 104.1 may flip to spanish. Or, my personal favoirte, bring back Radio 104 circa 1997ish

Comercial free blocks are just that, blocks.
Power is fullfilling a demo that the other clear channel stations may not hit, and one that blocks a rival (infinity).

104 flip??? did you see how good they did in New Haven?? they're really startin' to get that station going in the right direction. personally, I could care less about that music or format, but I know all the right little birdies and they say Power is FINALLY starting to catch on.
