I hope Magic goes lighter
Yeah yeah, that's what I'm saying. besides the stuff they play now. What Happened to stuff like "Baby Baby" "Every Heartbeat" , "I Will Remember You" by Amy Grant, "I Don't Have The Heart"-James Ingram, "Nothing's Broken But My Heart"-Celine Deon, "Do It To Me One More Time" Lionel Richie, what happened to good stuff like this? I can go on and on, I wish they would disregard the Hard Rock, they play
LOUD Rock & Roll music "Addictive To Love", Bon Jovi "Living On A Prayer" (That's not AC-Soft Rock)
Why is all rock and roll LOUD in your opinion? no offense but if you were such a good programmer you would have been hired correct?? All you do is complain and complain and make critiques. they do make ipods and such if you don't like music a station is playing. Try v103 in the ATL they play a good mix of music with your Quiet Storm that you love so much thanks.
Because, back in the day, they never played that hard stuff on Magic, if I want to hear that hard stuff, I would put on WZLX, or WROR.
But Magic?
They're supposed to be soft, not hard like that music.
I can see if they play ?? "Bed of Roses" by Bon Jovie, that's ok. It's better than "Living on A Prayer" Another good one they could get away with playing is the short version of "November Rain" by GNR. That's not too hard.
I'm not a Programmer, yet
I'm trying to get into Radio Program Management, and believe me, the music would be a lot better than what they play now.
They used to always play A lot of Celine Deon Music, Smokie Robinson, Luther Vandros, Bonnie Rait.
It's not for me, it's for the listenner.
The music I listen to the most 90% of my time I listen to "Mia 1430am"
The songs I mentioned above, is not for me, it's what they used to play that made their station shine.
Don't get me wrong, their stations is ok. it's just they shouldn't play those Hard music, not for their station
