Hot 97 (87.7) being heard in RI

I notice now that the signal in RI has gotten better. I can get a decent signal on 87.7 while driving on Route 295 in Johnston, RI between exit 6 and exit 4. Maybe it's because this part of the highway is higher elevation, but I notice a better signal when driving in this area, and then it fades out going south once you get beyond exit 4 or going north when you get beyond exit 6. Also when I get off the highway in this area I mentioned, the signal fades out. 87.7 was not this strong before, when driving on this part of 295. It was only fair until recently.
