hot 97s mr cee arrested

what power 105 did to him was not even funny it was in bad taste
im all for a radio war but that was just wrong
 
oh boo hoo, commit a crime, deal with the consequences and the public whipping.
 
Boy, I wish Hot 97 streamed online so I could hear what Sir Cee had to say... ::)
 
This is clearly a NYC thing with its stations that either are 'mainstream urban' a la "Power 105.1" or 'urban-leaning rhythmic', i.e. "Hot 97". I've yet to hear about on-air personalities at urban stations elsewhere being socially recalcitrant off air to the point of being arrested or wind up shot and killed. However, I reside in the South, the stations' owners will pull a 'morality clause' in a heartbeat and 'work at will' laws are on the books so your ass is good as fired for anything of sorts...

I wonder how would that affect her being heard on Kiss FM on the weekends, where the ink hadn't even dried yet (http://www.allaccess.com/net-news/archive/story/89258/ms-jones-added-to-wrks-weekend-lineup)? Clear Channel might have her on "back up" in Philly @ Power 99FM, but Emmis might pull a "non-compete" preventing her from being heard in the Tri-State anytime soon...

I don't care for Charlamange's busted looking face either, but Jonesy has cornered herself with this new deal with Emmis.
 
I get a kick out of guys trying to sound all big and tough, ridiculing a guy for getting a beej from another guy, when most of them probably just turn around and do the same thing on the DL
