HOT 98.1/Greenville New PD

Surprised nobody has mentioned the recent hiring of a new PD for HOT 98.1/Greenville? Any thoughts, so far, on the new guy?
 
I've had some e-mail correspondences with Jet Black here and there over the years, while I was PD at KQID in Alexandria. He was kinda keeping his eye on me to see if I were ever gonna leave and give him heads up to go there and program.

I gave the brass there his info and said he'd be the guy. THANKFULLY, he avoided that and landed in a MUCH better position!

I knew Jet when he worked at Q100 in Atlanta and I worked at 95.5 The Beat(like Hot, also a Cox station). From time to time, Jet, my buddy Kannon and I would hang out (in various and sundry states of mind) and talk radio for hours. He's a young, cool, hip guy that, if he stays put for a while, should do quite well.
