Hot leaning towards Hip hop?

Seems Hot is leaning more towards hiphop now? I'm hearing more and more hip hop tracks being played. Even heard nothing but a G thang. Which I havn't heard in ages! Do they not have a mixshow any more on Fridays and Saturdays?
 
I dont think they do mixshows on the weekends right now but its been a good while since i listened. I know they still go out to Bikini Beach but no broadcast. The only mixshow going on hot is richs on thursday nights
 
I don't think Hot leans towards hip-hop. They always play G thang, but i did hear that song on KRBE once a while back. But after all, which CHR doesn't play some hip-hop??

Now, when are they going to have weekend mixshows again??
 
I mix every week night on Hot for the Quick Mix 940-ish to 1020ish. Mon-Wed with Mo Bounce! Thursday live broadcast from Rich's. Friday night Quick Mix.
 
Hey Riddler, why isn't Hot doing Rich's on Friday or Saturday night? Seems more fitting then on a Thursday.
 
Rich's thursday night has traditionally been one of the best nights in the city. That's the night Rich's wanted to showcase the club on-air as well as Hot. A Friday broadcast is in the works with another venue while Saturdays still belong to Bikini Beach.
