Hot Talker PKNRadio Joins the Radio Domination Streaming Network

SEATTLE – Radio Domination Streaming Networks announced today that Internet talk station PKNRadio will become the
fast growing networks newest affiliate. The announced today becomes affective June 1, 2012 at which time it is expected
PKNRadio will begin carrying RDSN branding and programming.

“PKNRadio is a perfect affiliate for RDSN” says network President Jayden Prince. “They are a young fast growing hot talk
station with a solid line-up of shows, and they are going to provide us with yet another piece to our ever growing network
puzzle.”

PKNRadio founder Jeremy Calogero says they are excited to be coming on board a network like RDSN who is really out on
the leading edge of the Internet broadcasting wave that is breaking down the many walls separating us from terrestrial radio.

PKNRadio currently offers a line-up of about 20+ shows featuring JEFF AND JEREMY (KZOZ), STROKE AND
SHORTBUS (97X), DICK AND DARREN (WZGC), and UP AND DOWN GUYS - Andy Cowan and Matt Casper (KPFK)
and a multitude of other great talent.

Radio Domination Streaming Network LLC based in Seattle, WA was founded in 2009 by CEO Jayden Prince and features a
number of Internet Radio properties around the United States including KONG Monster Rock, The X KXRX, X2 KXFU,
The Outlaw KXTO, KXRZ The Razor, and the iNCO Radio Network as well as syndicating a number of individual Shows &
