HOT106 LOOKING FOR MORNING SHOW

I was going to post that I've heard some new voice on with Kerry on the morning show but don't know who it is. He's kind of mumbly and it's hard to even make out what he's saying but now I see Hot is advertising for a morning show on all access. They've advertised for players as part of the show before but now it looks like they're looking for the main man too the way the ad is worded. You have to youtube, podcast, and text and they're looking for teams, individuals, vets, and newbies. I've said it before and I'll say it again that I think Kerry is gonna go back to PRO-FM nights which explains why they haven't hired anyone there. If I'm right I'll expect some serious accolades here.
 
Kerry isn't going back to nights at PRO-FM. And I'm not sure - but I believe the person who you are discussing on air with Kerry lately has been Ryen who has been producing the show for the past few months and is on the weekends who is simply the man. They both work well together, and all they need is a female co-host and that morning show will be perfect then it already is. But, Kerry has lifted HOT's morning ratings since taking over - they don't plan on getting rid of him anytime soon.
 
Damn. Too bad for Kerry. Looks like a failed move. Oh well. He's MUCH better than "position TBA" at nights on PRO. That All Access post definitely looks bad for his future at Hot. But since they liked him enough at Pro-FM to make him mornings there, I'm sure they won't straight up can him. Props to whoever-said-I'm-owed-props-but-I-can't-remember-your-sn.

Dit you may think someone is the man because he adds you on his myspace page along with 4378 other jocks but if it's the guy I've heard you can't even understand what he's saying. Hopefully he's playing a temporary part because Kerry is alone for now. Maybe he is staying at Hot but that was one strange ad which means they'll probably hire nobody for 8 months. I don't doubt Kerry has improved morning numbers because Da Breakfuss Club was targeted at blacks. The music may have been the same but hip hop formats aren't really aimed at a black audience per se. Da Breakfuss Club was a good show but aimed at a narrower audience and Citadel hasn't known how to handle Hot for years anyway. Now I think they're looking at the dismal performance hip stations show in PPM markets and are gearing up for 2010.
