Hotel Cable Report-Hotel Universel, Riviere-du-Loup QC

Thought I`d file a hotel cable report from north of the border from the hotel I`m staying at for the annual New Year`s roadtrip...with a few exceptions, channels match up with the line-up from local cableco Videotron:

/3 CKRT 7/13-SRC Riviere-du-Loup (because of the local geography, the locals run two channels in the area with the main tx on Mont Bleu and a second in the St-Patrice area, which is where the hotel is located...first channel is Mont Bleu and the second is St-Patrice)
CIMT 9/6-TVA Riviere-du-Loup
CFTF 29/11-V Riviere-du-Loup
Illico Info Channel (Illico is Videotron`s digital service, though the channel is currently running color bars as of this writing :D)
Canal Indigo Barker Channel (Canal Indigo is the French Canadian PPV service)
CIVB 31-TQc Grand-Fonds (//CIVB 22-Rimouski)
Shopping TVA
Canal Vox Riviere-du-Loup (community channel, carrying a combination of local and Vox Montreal programming)
CFCF-CTV Montreal
CBMT-CBC Montreal
Videotron Barker Channel (alternates between English and French every half-hour)
CFTU-Canal Savoir Montreal
TV5 Quebec Canada
Vrak TV
MeteoMedia
WPTZ-NBC Plattsburgh
RDI
Canal D
WCAX-CBS Burlington
WVNY-ABC Burlington
Canal Evasion
Series+
Historia
Ztele
CNN
TSN
LCN (TVA-owned news channel; the station has more recently aired a daytime news/evening talk format which according to reports will be the same for future sister newsnet Sun TV News)
MusiquePlus
ARTV
MusiMax
RDS
WFFF-Fox Burlington (while the other Burl/Platt channels are shown in their right proportions, it isn`t the case with WFFF, a fact you soon find out when watching their 10pm news ;D)
Canal Vie
Teletoon (French)
Discovery Channel
Rogers SportsNet East
TLC
CBC News Network
CMT
YTV
WCFE-PBS Plattsburgh (overnight programming from Classic Arts Showcase with the WCFE logo in the upper right of the screen)
National Assembly (Quebec legislature)

There is also a InnVue in-room movie service on ch 60.

As the other channels also have two transmitters but only one channel, I wonder if channel 2 or 3 was intended to be CBFT or another Radio-Canada station, but replaced locally with CKRT?

Saw WFFF on three different systems in Quebec while vacationing in Quebec last year -- all programming, including news, is widescreen, but the sides are chopped off, with no "safety area" included for standard-screen TVs.

According to Videotron's website, channel 2 is supposed to be CJBRT Rimouski (which, according to CKRT's own website, was why CKRT was signed-on to keep the then CJBR-TV out of the RdL market), so I assume this was done by the hotel, but I can't say for certain (and we all know what happens when one assumes :D)
Also a note on the InnVue channel...when you turn the TV on, it defaults to the InnVue channel with you needing to hit the ch up/down button to go to the cable channels. The line-up card also listed APTN and CPAC, but no sign of them on the TV...
