Houston 55.4 asking for movie submissions

MCB (Mi Casa Broadcasting) is running commercials now on 103.7 FM asking for people who have made a movie to submit it to be shown on Channel 55.4. Interesting concept. I can't tell from their schedule when they might be airing such progamming though. I didn't even know that this station existed until I heard their commercials. Right now they are running a local talk/news show "Real Talk" I didn't realize that there was this locally originated program on the airwaves.

Mi Casa is actually a network that targets the English-speaking Latino community. So it's in English.
