HOUSTON HIT VIDEO TV 5 / HIT VIDEO USA

I wish he'd have said something before driving clear up to Michigan. We could've told him that Roy Henderson is in Brenham. If he has that kind of persistence, let's help him get moving.g in the right direction. Heck, I'd like to see him get a hold of a radio station to air his classic 93Q format as well, but time is of the utmost importance right now to broadcast on analog, and that time would be better spent not making fruitless trips to Michigan.

93Qclassic: please feel free to ask for information from your fellow posters. There are some really great people here that have a wealth of knowledge and may be able to help you along the way.
 
after leaving Michigan I drove through Wisconsin Minnesota North Dakota to Billings Montana. Now I'm driving through Colorado on the way back to TexasI plan to stop in Brenham to try to talk to the elusive Roy henderson
 
Hi folks... I never was able to track down the elusive Roy Henderson, but I did find a relative -- Lori Henderson -- in Brenham. She promised to forward an email to him, but I'm not getting an answer. I'm beginning to think trying to get permission from him to use his license to put Channel 5 back on the air is a lost cause...

I had an email from a man about new FCC rules that may, perhaps, allow me to put the channel up anyway. Supposedly the FCC now allows unlicensed low power devices to use "white space" in the TV band. Here, on a website at the following link, it allows you to search available TV white space for any given address. http://whitespaces.spectrumbridge.com/whitespaces/home.aspx When I enter my address, it says Channels 2, 5 and 6 are available and can be used for fixed devices with a maximum antenna height of 30 meters.

In another FCC memorandums, I see the maximum power allowed for fixed unlicensed TV band white space devices is four watts. Here's a download link to the FCC memo. http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2012/db0405/FCC-12-36A1.pdf

Folks, you all have a lot more knowledge than me. Am I understanding this right? Can I broadcast, without a license, a 4 watt signal from a height of 30
meters on a TV channel that the FCC's white space database shows is available?
