Houston listeners like commercials?

Arbitron ever get audited buy any recognized third party agency?

Does the PPM take into account times where the tuner may not be within reach of the listeners?
Even us "older" listeners twist the knob to get away from the horrible car ads.
However, in restaurants and elevators, that wouldn't be an option.

I don't think it needs to. If they couldn't reach the tuner to change the station, then they are still listening to the current station, right?
